Four bars. Read them like a route, not a checklist.

HUD - Health, Stamina, Thirst, Hunger and Hotbar Guide

Original West Wood already printed the important binds in the Roblox description and still watched squads wipe because nobody could drop a can. The remake adds a second literacy: reading four bars while Jerry is in the yard.

Read the Bars Like a Route

Health is the vest conversation. Stamina is the sprint conversation - Left Shift is an escape, not a commute. Thirst is summer and heat. Hunger is the oven.

The five bars explained:

Health

Your survival buffer. Community testers report standard Wendigo attacks deal 25-30 damage and Blood Moon attacks deal 40-50 damage.

Stamina

The sprint resource. Left Shift consumes stamina. When empty, you cannot sprint. Save stamina during daylight.

Thirst

The summer bar. Drains faster during heat and exercise. Critical during summer and hot weather events.

Hunger

The cooking bar. Cooked food from the oven restores more hunger than raw pickups.

Medallion Ring

The equipped medallion displays as a ring or circle on the HUD.

Hotbar

Key items: light source, recovery, beartrap, and objective tool.

Binds

  • Backspace/B: drop item
  • G: open contracts
  • H: open accessories
  • T: unlock mouse
  • Left Shift: sprint
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How many bars does the HUD show?

Five main elements: health, stamina, thirst, hunger, and a medallion ring.

What happens when stamina runs out?

You cannot sprint. During a chase, an empty stamina bar means you cannot escape Jerry.

Does eating affect the hunger bar?

Yes - cooked food from the oven restores more hunger than raw food.

What does the medallion ring show?

The currently equipped medallion.

Can I see my squad bars?

The HUD shows your own bars. Use voice chat to ask squad members about their status.
